1Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, downloading, purchasing, or using autodAIgnosis in any form, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to:

  • Visitors to the website
  • Users of the mobile application
  • Free users
  • Paid subscribers
  • Fleet, workshop, and enterprise customers
  • Users accessing autodAIgnosis through third-party integrations

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using autodAIgnosis immediately.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "autodAIgnosis", "Company", "we", "our", or "us" means the autodAIgnosis platform, website, application, AI systems, APIs, and related services.
  • "User", "you", or "your" means any individual or business using the Service.
  • "Services" means all features offered by autodAIgnosis, including OBD connectivity, vehicle health analysis, predictive maintenance alerts, fault code explanations, reports and recommendations, notifications and reminders, and subscription services.
  • "Vehicle Data" means any information collected from your vehicle, such as fault codes, mileage, battery condition, speed, location, maintenance records, and sensor readings.

3Eligibility

You may only use autodAIgnosis if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You own the vehicle or have legal authority to access and monitor it
  • Your use of the platform complies with applicable laws

If you use autodAIgnosis on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

4Nature of the Service

autodAIgnosis is an AI-powered informational platform that provides automated analysis of vehicle-related data.

The platform may provide:

  • Fault code explanations
  • Predicted future issues
  • Vehicle health scores
  • Maintenance reminders
  • Estimated repair costs
  • Repair and servicing suggestions

However, autodAIgnosis is not:

  • A licensed mechanic
  • A repair workshop
  • A vehicle manufacturer
  • An official inspection authority
  • A substitute for professional automotive advice

All information generated by autodAIgnosis is provided for informational purposes only.

5No Guarantee of Accuracy

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Vehicle data may be incomplete or inaccurate
  • OBD devices may fail or provide incorrect readings
  • AI predictions may not always be correct
  • Certain vehicle issues may not be detectable through OBD data
  • The platform may generate false positives or false negatives

autodAIgnosis does not guarantee that:

  • Every problem will be identified
  • Every prediction is correct
  • The Service will prevent breakdowns or accidents
  • Your vehicle is safe to drive

You are solely responsible for verifying all information before relying on it.

6Safety Warning

You must never rely solely on autodAIgnosis when making safety-related decisions.

You should seek immediate professional assistance if your vehicle has issues involving:

  • Brakes
  • Steering
  • Tires
  • Airbags
  • Fire or smoke
  • Overheating
  • Fuel leaks
  • Battery failure
  • Severe engine warnings

If you believe your vehicle is unsafe, stop driving and contact a qualified mechanic immediately.

7User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using the Service lawfully
  • Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate
  • Maintaining your vehicle appropriately
  • Verifying recommendations with a professional mechanic
  • Properly installing and using any OBD device
  • Keeping your account credentials secure

You agree not to:

  • Use autodAIgnosis while distracted driving
  • Ignore serious warnings from your vehicle
  • Depend entirely on the Service instead of seeking professional advice

8Account Registration and Security

Certain features may require an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Keep your account information updated
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Weak passwords
  • Shared credentials
  • Unauthorized account access

9Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use autodAIgnosis for illegal purposes
  • Access a vehicle without permission
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Copy, distribute, or resell the platform
  • Upload malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Interfere with our servers or systems
  • Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools without permission
  • Create a competing service using our technology or reports

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10Subscription Plans and Billing

autodAIgnosis may offer:

  • Free plans
  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions
  • Fleet or business plans
  • Trial periods

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing valid payment information
  • Paying all subscription fees and taxes
  • Cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue

We may suspend premium access if payment fails.

11Free Trials

If autodAIgnosis offers a free trial:

  • The trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Only one free trial may be allowed per person, vehicle, or payment method

We may cancel or refuse a trial at our discretion.

12Cancellation and Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:

  • Stops future renewals
  • Usually does not provide a refund for the current billing period
  • May allow continued use until the end of the paid period

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Service
  • You engage in fraud or abuse
  • We are required to do so by law

After termination, you may lose access to your account and stored data.

13Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights in autodAIgnosis belong to us or our licensors. This includes:

  • Software
  • Source code
  • AI models
  • Reports
  • Databases
  • Trademarks
  • Logos
  • Website content

You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our materials
  • Use our branding without permission
  • Sell our reports or content
  • Modify or distribute our software

14Vehicle Data and User Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide.

However, by using autodAIgnosis, you grant us permission to:

  • Collect and process your data
  • Store your vehicle information
  • Analyze OBD and diagnostic information
  • Generate reports and recommendations
  • Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services

We may use anonymized information for:

  • Research
  • AI training
  • Product development
  • Statistical analysis

15Third-Party Services and Devices

autodAIgnosis may rely on third-party:

  • OBD adapters
  • Cloud providers
  • Payment processors
  • Maps and location services
  • Analytics providers

We are not responsible for:

  • Faulty hardware
  • Device incompatibility
  • Payment processor failures
  • Third-party outages
  • Errors caused by external services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

16Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, autodAIgnosis and its founders, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Repair costs
  • Mechanical failure
  • Breakdown
  • Personal injury
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential damages

This limitation applies even if we were warned that such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall never exceed:

  • The amount you paid to autodAIgnosis during the previous 12 months, or
  • INR 5,000,

whichever is lower.

17Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify autodAIgnosis from any claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of vehicle information
  • Your actions or decisions regarding your vehicle

18Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Internet outages
  • Cyberattacks
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Power failures
  • Third-party service failures
  • War or civil unrest

19Privacy

Your use of autodAIgnosis is also governed by our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Security & Data Protection page
  • Data Deletion Request page

By using autodAIgnosis, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in those documents.

20Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute related to autodAIgnosis shall be subject exclusively to the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:

  • The "Last Updated" date will change
  • We may notify users by email or in-app notice
  • The revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication

Your continued use of autodAIgnosis means that you accept the updated Terms.
